I try to cook at weekend, to avoid eat outside so much. However, my nutrition teached me that if eat outside, can just tell the restourant do exactly what you want, like ask them not to add msg, less oil, less salt, less sugar and etc. Anyway home cook still the best as you know what you cook for your meals. Thanks God that my mum cook for me on week day. I am not a good cook, but I try to make simple dish during weekend. Thanks God for let me have msg-free and health meals every day.
