Shopping at KLCC

My sister need to collect a cheque at Wisma Center today, a building just next to KLCC. Hence we spent a fun morning at KLCC. We just simply do some windows shopping and the most happy person was the little girl, my sister's 2 years old daugther. I noticed the little girl jumping here and there in the shopping mall, pointing at the poster said apple, asking her mother to see the fish in a fish tank and sometimes just scream loudly! so happy leh. My honey bought me a nice socks and I bought my mum a book. Actually I choose the socks myself and paid myself, however later my honey gave me back the money as he did promised that he let me choose and buy a present for today shopping :-).

It is very comfortable to wear this socks.

No more energy on the way home zzzzz

My niece asked me a question today, not this little girl, the other niece - Chew Jane. She asked me why my pants getting bigger and bigger!!! Ya, I am very thin now, no more pet pet, sob sob sob .....

I read an article on newspaper today. It was about lung cancer. It said that the age of cancer patients getting younger nowadays, also about 90% of lung cancer patients are non smoker! This is so different from last time where mostly smoker get lung cancer. In the article, the doctor mentioned that he got one case which is the youngest cancer patient - 33 years old male, non smoker. Actually I am also another case, lung cancer stage III at 33 years old, female, non smoker.

Today cook

I try to cook at weekend, to avoid eat outside so much. However, my nutrition teached me that if eat outside, can just tell the restourant do exactly what you want, like ask them not to add msg, less oil, less salt, less sugar and etc. Anyway home cook still the best as you know what you cook for your meals. Thanks God that my mum cook for me on week day. I am not a good cook, but I try to make simple dish during weekend. Thanks God for let me have msg-free and health meals every day.

A Date with old Friends

Finally I have met You Qiu yesterday. I get to know her thru my honey as they are primary school friends. At first I only chat with her thru facebook and sms, yesterday was the first time I met her. She is a funny and nice person :-). We do have a fun and lovely dinner last night. We had our dinner at Sushi Zanmai and later we had desserts at Zen, Mid Valley. We also pay a visit to the Pet Wonderlands. We are just in time and it happened to see a white parrot escaped from its cage and refused to go back to the pet man. The parrot was so naught and even attacked the pet man who trying to 'tham' him back to cage. Too bad it is not allow to use camera there.

Fun with kids

Today we went to park together with my niece. She already called me early in the morning at 7am but I still on bed. At last she called me again at 9am++ and I just wake my honey, "is time to go park". When we reached the park, there is not much people and we can take the whole playground !!!

Green Tea

I just bought this green tea at Jusco. I like the nice glass mug, so transparent!!

I used to drink green tea at office since I worked at MYOB. I just like the taste, it is better then drink plain water :p. I can drink up to 2 bags of green tea for the whole day at office, just like the feeling of warm green tea in the cold cold office. Well, paper said that green tea is good for health, some said it helps to prevend cancer. How true is it ? I really doubt it. I used to drink every day for about 2 years, maybe about 2 years as I worked at MYOB for about 3 years plus and now I have lung cancer. When I at Jusco, queueing for payment and I noticed that most of the people buy can food, processed meats like sausage, ham and etc, and they all look very health. Is it really these food that caused cancer ? I doubt it too but actually all those really are not health food. I seldom eat them last time and now I don't eat at all as my body can't take it. Thanks God for allow me to have msg free and health meals every day.

Morning walk

I goes to this park called Taman Tasik Manjalara for morning walk every day, almost every day :p. I found this is a very nice park. I do recommend it to my mother and sisters but so far only my younger sister and my niece been there with us for once. The lake of this park is quite big and the walkway just circle it. A lot of people are having fun at this park especially on Sunday morning. I walk around the lake and sometimes I do spend time with the hungry little one in the lake haha.

I found it this morning on my first round but I don't see it on my second round, guess the pity one just flip over only. There are really a lot of turtles and starving fishes in this lake, I don't want to imagine what if someone fall into this lake!!

This used to be the waterfall, but very seldom they "on" it and let the water falling.

I like this one :-). I do played it once together with Siew Wai, thanks God it didn't broke due to our weight :p.

My Colouring Part 1

I am just too bored !!

I bought a small box of colour pencil and one colouring book for kids :p. I did spend some time each day to do some colouring, back to kids time but I am more skillful nowadays ;-). Compare to my kids time, of course ya, must have some improvement mah.

Thinking to use colour other then green for the small grass hill as green seems to be the only colour in this picture, but it doesn't work and I just used green for all. After putting the blue colour for the lake and I think it look quite nice. After all, green is my favourite colour :-).

My honey said this one nice :-).

This one is the result of work-together job with my niece. I think you can easily find which part is coloured by her instead of me :p. The yellow fish looks evil ya.
